• Manage a medical malpractice-focused book of business supporting physicians, leading strategy around renewals, enrollment, issue resolution, and cost-saving benefit solutions.
• Manage your book independently after the training period, with ongoing support from your manager and producers. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions and service delivery.
