A well-established and innovative benefits firm is seeking a Senior Benefits Account Manager to provide high-touch service and strategic account management to a portfolio of mid-market clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced environment and brings deep experience in employee benefits.
Prior experience in employee benefits account management is preferred.
The Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing all aspects of group benefits plans
Deliver proactive, consultative service and strategic planning support
Lead renewal processes, including marketing, analysis, and negotiations with carriers
Prepare client-ready deliverables: presentations, open enrollment materials, benchmarking, and compliance documentation
Foster strong carrier and vendor relationships
Collaborate internally with producers, analysts, and client service team members to deliver a seamless client experience
