Benefits Account Associate - Middle Market

• Support day-to-day client service needs under the guidance of Producers, Account Executives, and/or Account Managers.
• Contribute to employee benefits strategy, including gathering vendor/client information, preparing RFPs, and analyzing benchmarking data
• Assist with the open enrollment process, including coordination of meetings, preparation of materials, and delivering presentations
• Resolve claims or administrative issues, ensuring timely and accurate support for clients while complying with established best practices
