The Job:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to consultants and account managers
  • Coordinate and organize materials related to health, dental, life, disability, and paid leave plans
  • Liaise with major insurance carriers and vendors to assist with case servicing and renewals
  • Support documentation and workflow for HRA administration, self-funded plans, and high-performance benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in client deliverable preparation
  • Step up during peak periods with reliability, efficiency, and professionalism
