The Job:
- Provide administrative and operational support to consultants and account managers
- Coordinate and organize materials related to health, dental, life, disability, and paid leave plans
- Liaise with major insurance carriers and vendors to assist with case servicing and renewals
- Support documentation and workflow for HRA administration, self-funded plans, and high-performance benefits programs
- Maintain accurate records and assist in client deliverable preparation
- Step up during peak periods with reliability, efficiency, and professionalism
