Client Manager - Small Group

• Manage client service for an assigned portfolio, which includes onboarding new clients and acquiring and maintaining up-to-date benefit plan documents
• Contribute to analyzing benefit plan coverage gaps, designing strategies for cost savings, and developing renewal plans tailored to client needs
• Assist in coordinating policy marketing efforts and vendor negotiations, evaluating carrier options, and providing summarized recommendations to aid client decision-making
• Prepare and facilitate client communications and deliverables through various channels such as email, web meetings, or in-person interactions to fulfill service obligations
• Support open enrollment processes and vendor implementations, including the preparation of benefit summaries and coordination of materials
• Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering proactive and efficient day-to-day service, assisting with claims, billing, eligibility, enrollment, and compliance matters
• Maintain accuracy and compliance by updating agency management and customer files according to established workflows
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering ideas to improve workflows, leverage technology, ensure quality service, streamline operations and meet operational goals
