The Job:

• Drive business growth by developing and closing opportunities for OneDigital's integrated services, including building relationships with key executives and executing targeted sales campaigns
• Provide high-quality client service, deliver educational presentations, and represent OneDigital professionally to retain existing clients and engage potential customers
• Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates for the HR Consulting pipeline and collaborating with leadership on recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding new consultants
• Manage comprehensive HR functions for clients, including employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration, performance review processes, and retention strategies
• Foster successful client relationships by addressing HR issues, ensuring consistent and efficient processes, and generating positive feedback on service quality and results
