Personal Lines Account Manager:

• Effectively overseeing a portfolio of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary tasks
• Cultivating client loyalty through the establishment of positive relationships and the delivery of high levels of advocacy, exceptional service, and professional communication
• Managing renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of markets, their appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures, and conducting thorough reviews of applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Performing comprehensive loss/claim analysis and preparing summaries.
• Collaborating with the department manager to coordinate the expiration list and gather renewal business information
