Prior experience in employee benefits or group health consulting is preferred.
The Job:
Develop and execute complex benefit strategies, renewal plans, and customized client solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-renewal service, project success, and client satisfaction
Oversee client onboarding and ongoing service delivery while maintaining accountability for revenue growth and profitability
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors while identifying cross-selling opportunities
Stay current on market trends, compliance regulations, and funding alternatives to guide clients effectively
