The Job:
• Conducts risk assessments and exposure analyses for middle market accounts, focusing on various insurance lines to support profitable underwriting decisions.
• Develops and implements customized service plans and safety recommendations to reduce loss frequency and severity for insured and prospective clients.
• Performs consultative surveys, prepares detailed safety analysis reports, and conducts training sessions for diverse clients to improve their loss experience.
• Collaborates with internal departments, including Claims and Research & Development, to assist in loss management, product development, and technical presentations.
• Maintains professional qualifications and acts as a subject matter expert, contributing to the design of forms and supporting the Manager of Loss Control Services in various initiatives.
