Prior experience supporting executive leadership in a professional services or insurance environment is preferred.
The Job:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with team coordination, culture initiatives, and internal communications
