The Role:

• Oversee the service of assigned clients, including onboarding new ones and maintaining up-to-date benefit plan documents and summaries.
• Assist in analyzing coverage gaps, designing benefit plans, and developing cost-saving strategies.
• Coordinate policy marketing efforts, participate in vendor procurement and negotiations, and recommend carrier options to clients.
• Prepare and facilitate client deliverables, support open enrollment processes, and manage carrier implementations and communications.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive service, handle administrative tasks in the agency management system, and contribute to team meetings to improve workflows and service quality.
