The Job:

• Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Build strong client relationships through advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy onboarding with efficiency and expertise
• Stay current on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and procedural requirements to best serve clients
