A well-established and rapidly expanding insurance brokerage is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and grow a high-volume book of personal lines accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management is preferred.
The Job:
Manage a high-volume book of personal lines P&C accounts with accuracy and attention to service timelines
Deliver proactive, responsive, and relationship-focused client service
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims support
Review applications, audits, and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate internally and with carriers to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
Stay current on market appetites, underwriting trends, and carrier submission requirements
