A well-established and growing firm is seeking an Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager to support the servicing of a unique and dynamic book of business. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow within commercial insurance—especially those looking for long-term opportunity and mentorship.

 

Prior experience in insurance is preferred but not required. Licensing support is available.

 

**Role can be based out of Galveston, TX, or Friendswood, TX.**

 

The Job:

• Support Account Managers in servicing a book of coastal accounts with flood and windstorm exposure
• Handle customer service requests, backlog support, and agency project assistance
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, certificates, and proposals
• Input data for new business submissions and maintain agency management systems
• Assist with marketing coordination and other team needs as directed
• Engage in organizational development with a focus on communication and efficient workflow
