A well-established and growing benefits agency is seeking a Junior Benefits Analyst to support benefits renewal processes and client implementations. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with internal teams and insurance carrier representatives.

Prior experience in benefits analysis or a related role is preferred.

The Job:

• Assist with pre-renewal preparations by gathering eligibility reports, employee census data, and medical questionnaires
• Manage the quoting process, including sending out requests for proposals, tracking carrier responses, and ensuring accuracy in proposals
• Prepare benefits presentations by compiling and reviewing competitive proposals, contribution strategies, and client-facing materials
• Support implementation efforts by confirming plan selections, tracking compensation details, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems
• Monitor off-cycle renewal preparations, including requesting claims data and preparing mid-year reviews
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with special projects related to benefits administration
