A key client seeks an Account Director – Client Services to lead strategic initiatives, build client relationships, and deliver tailored energy solutions. The role bridges client goals with expertise in power markets, driving growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, aligning services with goals and providing insights on market trends and regulations.
  • Oversight of client deliverables and issue resolution.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and enhance profitability.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in the power marketing industry, particularly with RTOs like NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, etc.
  • Proven experience in commodity markets, client management, and business development.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
