Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and deadlines. As a leader by example and a player/coach, you will actively engage in sales activities while guiding your team to success. Leveraging our dedicated Seller Support, Creative, and Business Verification teams, you will drive revenue growth, build robust client relationships, and shape the future of our sales operations. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (Referrals, inbound leads, LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.)
  • Player/Coach Role: Balance hands-on sales work with coaching and mentoring responsibilities, ensuring team members receive the support and guidance they need.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
