The Challenges You Will Face

You belong to a small team tackling big challenges. You need to be strategically savvy to win business from our C-suite prospects. And you must be adept at helping the COMPANY to strategically position itself in a fragmented market where customers are bombarded with information through many channels.

We curate a vast network of talented technology resources available on an as-needed basis. In this role, you need to go deep into discovery to inform identification of the best solution.

We want to revolutionize how technology resources are engaged to accelerate digital transformation. If that is not your passion, this is not your job. You understand the value and benefit of our approach and want to be part of making that work.

You will need to navigate the often lengthy and complicated buying process from prospecting to closing deals. You will need to understand the market, the risks and opportunities your customers face. Our sales are achieved through teamwork internally and externally.

What It Takes For You To WIN

You will need to implement a business development program with our marketing team that is tightly coupled with your sales efforts so you get maximum results.

Clearly communicate to C-level clients the value of the solutions offered by the COMPANY.

Embrace a modern, data-driven, lead generation and sales approach. You will employ an effective and state-of-the-art sales methodology. The use of CRM tools and working in an open and challenging team setting empowers you to exceed your goals.

Build a valuable and convertible pipeline. You will expertly segment the market, prioritize potential clients based upon the COMPANY’s relevance to them, their size, the timing of their planning process and their likelihood of engaging the COMPANY for their success.

Make your customers Raving Fans and Succeed in your career

  • Win 10 new clients to engage the COMPANY’s Fractional CTO.
  • Generate a minimum of 30 new technology solution opportunities.
  • Achieve 15 new retained search clients.
  • Build strategic client relationships that allow you to sell multiple solutions to existing clients for different products
