Our CLIENT came into existence when its founder, a Texas multifamily developer/ builder/engineer with a passion for product innovation, desired designer quality products suitable for multifamily construction.
That founder worked directly with manufacturers for years to improve the quality, characteristics, and features of the products that he was using for his projects. He realized that other developers, builders, architects, and designers would want these products for their projects too.

Job Description
The Bid Coordinator will field incoming requests to bid from existing and potential new clients. He/she will then manage the bid process going forward to ensure that questions from clients or from The Company sales personnel are answered in a timely manner and that bids are submitted on time and with complete information. This will enable the sales team to spend more time working directly with clients, building client relationships, and successfully winning bids. Will participate and manage aspects of the bid strategy, preparation, and deliverables to the prospect/client.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
· Degree in Construction Science or Construction related degree/concentration
· 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry
· 3-5 Preconstruction and/or Estimation Experience
· Understanding preconstruction, bid, estimation process for commercial construction.
· Professional demeanor and attitude
· Technically savvy
· Confident verbal and oral communication and presentation skills
· Business-minded professional
· Motivated by a challenge
· Goal-oriented
· History of construction estimation including takeoffs and developing proposals
