Location: Arvada, Colorado- onsite/field based role

Job Description:

Our client is seeking two exceptional Account Managers to transform newly acquired multi-family properties into long-term strategic partners. This is a relationship-intensive, client-centric role where you'll own the complete customer experience from a property's first job through ongoing partnership and expansion. You'll be the orchestrator of flawless service delivery, the advocate for the client and the driver of revenue growth through deepening relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own seamless transition of newly acquired properties from Sales Rep to Account Manager; conduct discovery calls, system setup assistance, and expectation-setting meetings within 24 hours of commitment

  • Personally oversee execution of first restoration job; ensure Account Manager on-site during work, next-morning follow-up with client, 48-hour estimate delivery, and First Call quality scoring

  • Grow managed accounts from initial $50K annual revenue commitment to expansion opportunities; identify additional units, broader service scope, and faster-response opportunities through strategic relationship deepening

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all account activity; track client segmentation, revenue metrics, and First Call quality scores; provide weekly/monthly reporting to management

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000

  • New Property Bonus: $100 per qualified First Call

  • Commission on Incremental Revenue: 1.25% of growth

  • Special Referral Bonus: $500 per net new property from referral
