Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in staffing sales, leadership experience, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:


  • Drive New Business Development: Lead sales initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities within the staffing industry.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales efforts, upselling services, and maximizing account profitability.

  • As the role grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team of sales and account management professionals. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $100k

  • Variable Commission: Uncapped commission structure

  • Projected Year 1 Earnings: $200k
