Location: Cleveland, Ohio- remote Job Description: The Director of Sales is a senior sales leader responsible for owning revenue execution, sales discipline, and quota attainment across our client’s go-to-market organization. This role leads and scales a distributed team of Account Executives while driving predictable revenue performance across MSP, MSSP, VAR, Connectivity, and advanced technology solutions. This position is not optional, developmental, or theoretical. The Director of Sales must demonstrate prior success operating at scale and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in a complex MSP/MSSP environment. Responsibilities: Own and deliver revenue targets across our client’s sales organization, with direct accountability for quota attainment and growth. Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of 8–10+ Account Executives selling complex MSP, MSSP, VAR, cloud, security, and infrastructure solutions. Enforce strict CRM discipline and data integrity across the sales organization Engage directly with executive-level customers, partners, and internal leadership as needed to support deal strategy, escalation, and closure.
