Location: Wisconsin- remote/hybrid flexibility Job Description: Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to add to their team. As a BDM your primary role is to prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, following up on inbound marketing leads, or other means of generating interest from potential clients that are in alignment with our client’s target market. The BDM must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. You will develop rapport with new accounts, identify quote opportunities, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. BDMs are also required to grow and retain assigned existing accounts. Responsibilities: Heavy emphasis on net new client relationships and will work with existing clients to increase business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Identify potential clients and all the decision-makers within their organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set capability introduction meetings with potential clients and involve company support resources as necessary to maximize first impression.
