Location: Georgia- remote role Job Description: The Inside Sales & Client Success Specialist is a mission-critical role responsible for managing and growing our client’s high-volume, repeatable business across all four core silos: Surface Engineering (Coating), RCR/AMP (Mechanical Rebuilds), RV (Wheels), and Resell (Parts). This role serves as the primary internal sales contact, responsible for accurate and timely quoting, order fulfillment coordination, and proactive client communication. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end quoting process for standard and repeatable business, focusing on C-level accounts and overflow from B-level accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for routine customer inquiries, order status updates, lead times, quoting details, updating clients and basic technical questions. Prepare and present total cost of ownership summaries for standard quotes to proactively defend our client’s value proposition against low-cost competitors. Fully manage all accounts formally transitioned from the Outside Sales team (C-Accounts) to ensure seamless continuity of service and allow Outside Sales to focus on A-Account Business Development.
