Location: Hilton Head/Bluffton, South Carolina area Job Description: The General Manager oversees the development and implementation of the Hilton Head/Bluffton’s business unit's overall business objectives, policies, and strategic plans. The GM will report to the Director of Operations, with an intense focus on operational excellence. This role will have a strong focus on exemplary customer service, quality, safety, and cost control. Prior experience running an operation focused on exceeding customer expectations, and cultivating a positive culture while maintaining profitability is a must. The General Manager ensures that all external parties, including customers, vendors, and subcontractors, have a positive and profitable relationship with the company. The candidate will support the development, implementation, and execution of strategies and plans for increasing the growth of the BU, as well as achieving short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Responsibilities: Provides daily labor capacity planning and monitoring in cooperation with the Director of Operations. Ensures revenue and operating income goals are met through day-to-day fiscal management. Ensures profitability of the division by analyzing and adjusting monthly financial performance indicators. Assesses the impact of market, industry, and technology trends on business opportunities continuously. Provides recommendations as needed Meeting customer expectations and meeting quality standards requires anticipation and resolution of internal and external resource challenges. An emphasis should be placed on acquiring and maintaining quality subcontractors. Compensation & Benefits: $100K base $120K - $150K OTE GM Bonus range from 10k-80k currently 50% of the employee’s medical coverage is paid by the company 100% of dental and vision is paid for by the company 401k plan – 3% company match up to 5% 3 weeks vacation (2 weeks plus Paid week between (Christmas and NY) Travel reimbursement Company Provided Truck
