Our client began doing business in 1969 as a manufacturer and designer of high-security lock housings, mainly for the vending and payphone industry. Throughout the years, our client has expanded their product line and capabilities. Our client offers a full line of industrial and door hardware security products, ranging from mechanical solutions to electronic access control.

Location: Dallas, TX- hybrid role

Job Description:

As the company’s Marketing and Lead Generation Manager, you will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy across tradeshows, digital marketing, SEO, and eCommerce. You’re a hands-on marketer with the technical aptitude to demo locks, doors, Medeco XT, and electronic key boxes — and you know how to turn meaningful conversations into a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content for website & sales reps, manage website pages, run Google/LinkedIn ads and publish technical content and track conversions.

  • Build target lists, pre/during/post-show motions, help staff booths, capture/qualify leads, and report show ROI.

  • Engage directly with customers at trade shows to discuss products, gather feedback, and strengthen brand awareness.

  • Maintain B2B catalog (attributes, bundles, pricing), improve PDPs for conversion, coordinate NetSuite/SuiteCommerce/Shopify B2B flows.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $100k-$120k

  • Annual Bonus Opportunity = 10%-20% based on qualified leads

  • Projected Year One Earnings = $110k – $145k
