Location: Dallas, TX- hybrid role Job Description: As the company’s Marketing and Lead Generation Manager, you will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy across tradeshows, digital marketing, SEO, and eCommerce. You’re a hands-on marketer with the technical aptitude to demo locks, doors, Medeco XT, and electronic key boxes — and you know how to turn meaningful conversations into a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities: Create content for website & sales reps, manage website pages, run Google/LinkedIn ads and publish technical content and track conversions. Build target lists, pre/during/post-show motions, help staff booths, capture/qualify leads, and report show ROI. Engage directly with customers at trade shows to discuss products, gather feedback, and strengthen brand awareness. Maintain B2B catalog (attributes, bundles, pricing), improve PDPs for conversion, coordinate NetSuite/SuiteCommerce/Shopify B2B flows.
