Job Description:

Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Representative who deeply understands the childcare world. The Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cross-selling additional services such as events, nanny services, and tutoring, and managing client relationships after the sale. The role also requires the ability to confidently lead events and directly engage with children in a lead-sitter capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Drive net-new B2B growth by building staffing partnerships across daycares, early learning centers, and other childcare providers—as well as with employers looking to offer backup childcare benefits as part of their employee support programs.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting activities including warm and cold calls, email outreach, inbound lead follow-up and networking & community events..

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the full suite of service offerings and recommend solutions based on program needs.

• Comfortably engage with children in a lead sitter capacity as needed, demonstrating hands-on understanding of the childcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $70k- $80k

• Variable Compensation: $25k+

• Projected Year One Earnings: $100k - $110k+
