Location: Arvada, Colorado- onsite/field based role Job Description: Our client is seeking two exceptional Sales Representatives to drive new business acquisition across the Denver multi-family market. This is a field-facing, full-cycle hunting role where you'll spend 70-80% of your time in the market conducting face-to-face prospecting, building relationships with owners and property managers, and securing commitments for restoration services. You'll be the entry point for new client relationships, responsible for moving prospects from first impression through formal commitment.
