Location: Rocky Mount, VA- primarily onsite with some hybrid flexibility Job Description: Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and guide a team of 8-10 sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a positive sales culture, and ensuring profitable sales outcomes across HVAC, plumbing, electric, and sewer/underground service Responsibilities: The majority of leads are generated by field technicians, with additional leads provided through marketing efforts. Collaborate with the leadership team to help set the annual budget and provide accurate monthly forecasts. Maintain strong proficiency in spreadsheets, as sales books are tracked and integrated into the CRM. Leads are distributed to the sales team by the Sales Lead Coordinator using Service Titan dispatching software. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $85k Commission = uncapped commission .5 % of all sales produced by the sales department, scaled based on a 12% minimum company profit. Paying 100% at 12%.
