Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Executive Sales Leader as a key member of the executive leadership team to rapidly build and scale the go-to-market engine across high-end engineered critical cleaning systems (including medical, aerospace/defense, optics and general industrial), along with an industrial chemicals business with strong growth potential. This is a hands-on, builder role—driving revenue and profitability while installing commercial rigor across the sales process, pricing discipline, territory coverage, and talent development to support rapid growth. The leader will have a sharp focus on execution, operational rigor, and scalability to support both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a heavy emphasis on net-new business, including prospecting, pipeline creation, and expansion into new customers, applications, and markets.

  • Modernize marketing capabilities to support pipeline growth through digital demand generation, brand repositioning, and content strategy.

  • Own end-to-end commercial strategy and execution, including territory coverage, market penetration, channel strategy, and team performance.

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing sales and marketing team member

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $160 - $180k

  • Commission = uncapped

  • Projected Year One Earnings = $250k+
