Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: The role as the Sales Manager is to recruit, train, manage, direct, and motivate the sales organization in a manner that complements the goals and purpose of our clients company. The Sales Manager must be capable of leading by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for building out a sales team, and leading this team to achieve communicated goals. The Sales Manager will be involved with setting a sales strategy as part of the Executive Team. Expertise in process improvement and the ability to leverage tools and technology to drive results will be critical to the ideal candidate's success. Responsibilities: Train, coach, and lead the Sales Team, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.) Take charge of defining sales staff hiring needs and team structure. Must be able to provide consistent and regular feedback and what is working, not working and plan to improve. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000 Bonus Opportunities: 25-30% additional earning opportunities in addition to base Typically set quarterly and aligned with sales goals and objectives Auto Allowance: $3600/year ($150 per pay period) Projected Year 1 Earnings: $160k - $180k Holidays: offers 7-9 paid holidays per year Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually that are accrued per pay period. 401(k) plan: offers a robust 401k program with company match.
