As the critical technical bridge between the customer and internal resources, you will ensure opportunities progress efficiently, deals close smoothly, and the foundation is set for a long-term, successful client relationship. This role requires a curious, consultative mindset; strong technical acumen in data management; an understanding of AI and machine learning capabilities; and the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external technical stakeholders in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business outcomes.. Responsibilities: Lead business and technical discovery process with prospects to deeply understand their business challenges and how they can be addressed by the harpin AI team and tools. Document business objectives, proposed technical approach, and alignment with harpin AI’s capabilities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams to gather and provide prospect feedback on opportunities for solution enhancements to our product roadmap.
