Location: Dallas, Texas- onsite role Job Description: The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can effectively manage HR operations, ensure ISO 9001 and OSHA compliance, and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture. This is a collaborative, people-centered role within a close-knit, family-oriented environment Responsibilities: Represent employees as their employee advocate. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and selection across multiple locations. Administer employee benefits and support annual evaluations. Compiling employee data and preparing reports for special projects assigned to the department. Answering general employee questions and resolving employee issues.
