Location: Chicago, IL- hybrid role Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain pricing and strategy. Utilize data-driven insights for forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making. Compensation & Benefits: Base + Commission = $250k-$275k Variable Commission = $ Health & Dental Insurance (eligible after 30 days’ employment) 401K (eligible after 6 months of employment) Vacation – 3 weeks Car allowance - $750/per month Company Credit Card

This strategic leadership role is responsible for revenue growth, sales strategy development, team performance, and building long-term customer relationships.
