SDR Sales Manager

As an SDR Manager your primary role will entail recruiting, managing and implementing the strategy for the SDR team to help build pipeline for the field sales team. This is a highly collaborative role working with marketing, sales management and territory account executives to ensure great success! You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires for success. Cold calls, cold emails, direct mail, creative follow up, whatever it takes to help us find and help as many clients as we can. This role is incredibly important to the entire company, and you will be working hand-in-hand with leadership to build out the best SDR team in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new SDRs
  • Train, coach and manage the SDR team on a daily basis to improve prospecting techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling
  • Work with account executives to create territory plans including target account list
  • Lead and manage the SDR team to hit and exceed monthly goals and achieve other defined objectives
  • Mentor and develop SDRs prospecting and presentation skills
  • Manage the SDRs on objectives and performance achievement
  • Monitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation
  • Stay abreast of and coach SDRs on best practice
  • Serve as SDRs day-to-day mentor and coach: shadowing calls, refining pitches, working through prospect objections, and performing other activities that will grow new business pipelines
  • Ensure smooth hand-off of prospects from marketing to SDRs and from SDRs to Account Executives
  • Listen to live and recorded calls to provide coaching feedback. Must also have the ability to pick up the phone and coach reps on how to win appointments

Non – Negotiable Requirements:

  • Must be willing to relocate/ live in Gainesville
  • 3-5+ years in a telesales position in B2B solution selling environment
  • 2-3+ years proven track record managing an SDR team/being an SDR team lead
  • Must have impeccable communication skills
