Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Building Engineer to join the team. Locally owned, our client is a tech-forward management, brokerage, and development company. Our client owns & manages over 400k sq ft of office and 60k sq ft of retail. Internally, there are many opportunities to grow your career and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand all technical and mechanical operations of buildings in our portfolio.

• Supervision of all regularly scheduled maintenance of HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, plumbing, boilers, electrical and landscaping, etc.

• Maintain all common areas and understand maintenance necessities for such.

• Responds to all maintenance requests by tenants in a timely manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $26-$35/hourly rate
