Location: Dexter, MI Job Description: As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our sales department – coaching, recruiting top talent, optimizing internal processes, and expanding our reach into new and existing markets. This is a critical leadership role that directly influences the company’s long-term growth trajectory and must lead by example. Responsibilities: Train, coach, and lead the Sales Team, and work cross-functionally with other employees/departments to deliver profitable revenue growth Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities Build, coach, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team and department with medium and long sales cycles (3-12 month sales cycles). Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.
