Location: Mankato, MN- onsite role Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced New Business Development and Strategic Accounts individual to drive growth for our innovative line of Pro Mix® branded food ingredients. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships with Blue Chip and emerging food manufacturers. Responsibilities: Own the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying leads, presentations, technical discussions, pricing, and closing the deal Develop new business client relationships and nurture existing business accounts. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at national and regional food manufacturers Serve as the primary customer advocate, understanding their challenges and providing Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and leadership to offer innovative solutions to specific product applications and customer needs. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $65k - $80k Variable Commission: residual uncapped commission paid as a flat pennies-per-pound on every PO for the accounts won (no cap, no expiration while business continues).
