Location: New York, NY- hybrid flexibility Job Description: Our client is seeking a hands-on, strategic Sales Manager who will play a key role in building and leading our client’s sales function. This is a player-coach role—ideal for a leader who thrives on closing deals while also growing and mentoring a high-performing team. The Sales Manager must be willing to lead by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for hiring additional team members as well as developing, motivating, and holding the current team (1 SDR) accountable to quotas, KPIs, and pipeline metrics. Management of the pipeline will include movement through the process and forecasting. Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership and a heavy focus on new sales. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business objectives. Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and achievement. Monitor and analyze customer, market, and competitive trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
