Location: Georgia- remote role Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced, highly driven, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative with a proven ability to find and close new integrated mechanical and electrical opportunities within data centers, mechanical/electrical contractors, and major GC/CM firms. This role requires an entrepreneurial hunter who excels in long sales cycles, navigates complex organizations, and communicates effectively with decision-makers at all levels—including owners, MEP engineers, project managers, and executives. The ideal candidate is technically literate in MEP and controls systems, embraces accountability, and uses modern sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered platforms to increase pipeline and outreach efficiency. Responsibilities: identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts, hyperscale and colocation owners/operators, mechanical and electrical contractors, construction groups, and data center-related industries. 100% hunter role responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of accounts by prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Prospecting activities include cold/warm calls & emails, LinkedIn, networking events, trade shows and association events, referrals, and social selling and digital prospecting. Leverage existing relationships from parent company and data-center networks. Penetrate organizations at multiple levels, including C-suite executives, engineers, project managers, and senior leadership.
