Job Description:

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Application Services to lead, manage, and continuously improve the company’s suite of business-critical applications. This role will serve as a key business partner across departments, ensuring optimal performance, integration, and data insights from platforms including NetSuite, Shopify Plus, HubSpot, and RFSmart.

This leader will drive the evolution of our application ecosystem, enhance cross-platform data reporting through Power BI, and support the business in achieving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in NetSuite and Power BI, possesses strong project leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for application services in alignment with company goals.

• Define and implement processes for application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patches, testing, and documentation.

• Regularly assess and mitigate risks related to data integrity, security, and system vulnerabilities.

• Maintain strong relationships with application vendors to stay informed on updates, best practices, and new features.
