Job Description – Sale Representative

This position is for an Outside Sales Representative focused on Panel Sales.

Expectations/Responsibilities

• Work remotely but must to be able to get to office in Covington when needed
• Responsible for calling on new opportunities and accounts throughout assigned territory
• Responsible for keeping SalesForce CRM up to date
• Expected to manage a sales budget
• Expected to travel to see customers up to 70% of the time
• Expected to contribute to the overall Team Revenue Goal
• Expected to focus on face-to-face time with clients and closing deals

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Candidate will have 5-10 years of Outside Sales Experience.
• Candidate will have a general background in construction sales and or service.
• Candidate would possess an understanding of reading construction plans and drawings.
• Candidate will be a hard worker, dedicated, honest, a decision maker, a listener, a problem solver, focused, and detail oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

• OTE > $100K
