Location: US- based- remote role Job Description: The Senior Sales Solutions Architect is a customer-facing technical sales leader who owns both technical solution design and a defined revenue quota. This role is responsible for driving pipeline, securing design wins, and directly influencing deal closure across mid-market and large enterprise customers. This position sits squarely within the sales organization, partnering tightly with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to shape, position, and win complex opportunities. The role carries direct accountability for technical design wins and plays a critical role in ISSQ’s go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate combines deep architecture expertise with strong executive-level communication skills and a proven track record designing and winning cloud, identity, security, data center, and infrastructure platforms in complex environments.. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical strategy for assigned sales opportunities, with direct accountability for technical design wins Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership throughout the sales cycle—from discovery and qualification through technical close Validate long-term operational viability, security posture, and lifecycle considerations of proposed solutions Stay current on emerging technologies and architectures, contributing to the evolution of the company’s solutions portfolio and sales enablement assets Compensation & Benefits: Base: $150,000 – $185,000 Quota - $4 million annual quota Health, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and paid holidays Company shutdown periods (Summer and Winter) Career growth within a platform-driven organization
