Location: Annapolis region & Southern Maryland- remote role with travel in the designated territory Job Description: Our client is seeking two driven Territory Sales Managers who will be responsible for representing Maryland’s #1 cannabis brand by helping to achieve the Company’s annual sales revenue goals by meeting sales targets through effective territory planning, customer relationship development, presentation strategies, and closing or expanding business with independent dispensaries Responsibilities: Strategic Territory Management – Optimize assigned sales territories to balance drive times, customer reach, and revenue opportunities. Meet or exceed weekly revenue targets for assigned customers. Key Relationship Building – Strengthen partnerships with key decision-makers across 10–25 independent dispensaries within the territory. Assist customers with merchandising dummy packaging, printed educational materials, and uploading digital marketing assets to displays and online menus, upon request. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $60,000 Minimum guaranteed earnings for first 90 days (base + recoverable advance) Variable Commission = Uncapped variable compensation Accelerators for exceeding 100% goals Projected Year 1 Earnings = $120k at 100% quota.
