The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving European growth for the company by developing new business and managing key accounts for custom-engineered components. Based in Germany, the role targets technical manufacturing sectors and supports full-cycle sales efforts across the region.
Responsibilities:
Manage complete sales cycle from initial outreach through post-sale support.
identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Collaborate with Application Engineers and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account activity in CRM systems.
This position does require traveling to clients; approximately 25%-30% of travel is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range - $80K - $100K
Plus bonus
Variable Compensation will make up the remainder and will be based on:
Overall company revenue growth in comparison to previous year
Sales territory revenue from new accounts or inactive legacy accounts
Semi-annual management-directed activity. i.e. X RFQ’s in Y End Market.
