Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid/Remote Role Job Description: The Head of Sales will be pivotal in shaping the company’s long-term sales vision, aligning strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the team consistently exceeds key performance metrics. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, a passion for developing world-class sales professionals, and a proven track record in building scalable sales operations. The Head of Sales must be willing to lead by example and through demonstration. S/he will be responsible for improving sales strategy, building a sales team, and leading this team to achieve communicated goals. Expertise in process improvement and leveraging tools and technology to drive results will be critical to the ideal candidate's success. Responsibilities: Grow the sales department revenue and profits. Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and overall skill development of sales personnel. Drive sales operational efficiencies through technology, automation, and process optimization To inform executive decision-making, and provide real-time sales forecasting, performance analytics, and market insights.
