Location: Twin Cities, MN Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling technical solutions to industries such as electronics, aerospace, technology, semiconductors, oil & gas, government, and energy. The ideal candidate is a skilled hunter, capable of independently driving revenue growth by identifying and closing medium- to large-account opportunities. Responsibilities: 90% emphasis on actively hunting for and securing new business opportunities in industries requiring high-performance critical components. The majority of the leads will come through marketing initiatives and also s/he will self-generate leads through cold calls/emails, social media outreach, in-person meetings, networking, etc. to develop new business prospects. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and high-value prospects, particularly in emerging technology markets.
