Location: Dallas, TX- hybrid flexibility Job Description: Our client is hiring a Sales / Business Development Representative who is a connector, persuasive communicator, analytical, and strategic. This role identifies and converts business opportunities in commercial construction, especially by uncovering patterns others miss. You'll analyze data, trends, relationships, and project signals to find hidden prospects and stay ahead of competitors. This involves more than networking and cold calling—it's about pattern recognition, proactive outreach, and acting as a strategic partner for estimating and operations. Responsibilities: 100% emphasis on generating and cultivating new opportunities with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry. Research and identify upcoming projects via public bid announcements, private leads, and industry relationships. Track competitor activity, developer moves, and market signals to predict future opportunities. Deliver presentations and proposal pitches that reflect our values and capabilities. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $60k Bridge provided for the first 6 months to ensure $120k OTE Will transition to a 50/50 base/commission model Variable Commission: 50% of total compensation tied to commission based on performance Projected Year 1 Earnings = $120k - $150k Full major medical, dental, and vision insurance is offered at no cost to the employee.
