Account assignments, whether by industry, segment, or region, will be tailored to your strengths, positioning you for success from day one. Our client invests deeply in your success through a structured yet flexible 90-day onboarding plan designed to accelerate confidence and performance. You’ll gain product fluency, learn directly from senior sales leaders, and access a wealth of supportive tools and resources — but your success will ultimately be driven by your own drive, curiosity, and ownership. Responsibilities: Own the full sales process: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, and close. Engage with compliance and HR leaders to understand their challenges and align solutions. Conduct diagnostic, business-driven discovery conversations — not transactional pitches. Deliver product demos that clearly articulate ROI and measurable business outcomes. Compensation & Benefits: OTE: $160K–$180K (50/50 base/commission split; uncapped commission). Accelerators: 1.5x at 100–125% of goal; 1.5x retroactive from dollar one above 125%. Payout: Monthly commissions. Ramp: 3-month guaranteed commission tied to onboarding milestones.
