Location: Dallas, TX- hybrid/remote role

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Sales Director to drive growth within the multifamily housing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence among property management companies (PMCs), developers, and HOA’s increasing brand awareness, and developing a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities and sales growth.

This role will focus on maximizing our client’s brand presence and sales opportunity management through networking within the PMC and Developer markets, attending industry trade shows, and partnering closely with our client’s Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s) to maximize sales synergies and growing business in the Multifamily market.

Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business by engaging Property Management Companies at both senior and regional levels.

  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, national conferences, and partner meetings to expand brand visibility and develop new contacts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner satisfaction.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $165k

  • Commission = variable

  • Projected 1st Year Earnings = $200k

  • Health benefits (BCBS) – 50% of the employee cost is covered by the company

  • Vacation time

  • Holiday Pay

  • Travel Expenses covered by the company
